We have five values which underlie our culture; Givers (make
your colleagues look good), Learners (never be satisfied
with what you know), Sharers (knowledge leads to good decisions,
don’t hoard it), Performers (we are the best at what we
do), and Oops (we admit our mistakes quickly and without shame).
We meet everyday and talk about one of these values and the
behavior connected to it. When you walk into our office you can
feel the energy and positive aspects of our culture.
Our diversity is an important part of our identity. Our team
members are from several different countries and this brings
innovation and creativity to how we approach projects. A lot of
our work is at the cutting edge of technology and in order to be
successful we need to be comfortable with change and diversity.
As an offshore services company, we get to be connected with the
entire world. In any given day we could have a call with
Australia, Norway, Dubai, the UK, and the US. Collaborating with
clients from around the globe makes us feel connected and part
of something bigger than ourselves.

The name Tanasuk reflects who we are. It can be translated as ‘interactive’ but also ‘harmony’. The idea behind this is that often things seem like they won’t fit together when they’re by themselves, but when you put them together they create a harmonious whole. We love being able to bridge different cultures and create an environment where people from lots of different backgrounds can collaborate to produce really great websites.
